Spain Park launched an aerial assault, passing for almost 300 yards in their 20-14 road win over Robert E. Lee of Montgomery.
Quarterback Mickey Forrest passed for 298 yards and two touchdowns, leading the Jaguars to the victory.
Otis Harris opened the scoring with a three-yard touchdown in the first quarter. Harris also gained 67 yards on 21 carries to lead the Jaguars’ ground game. Spain Park made it a two-touchdown lead when Forrest connected with Harris on a 27-yard scoring pass.
Over the next two quarters, the Lee Rebels scored 14 unanswered points until Forrest tossed a six-yard touchdown pass to Will Green.
Next week, Spain Park looks to continue their winning ways as they host Thompson for Homecoming.
