Property near Trace Crossings being marketed for potential development

Really? Another retail development?

Traffic is already pretty bad at Hwy 150 and I-459, notwithstanding the recent road work (still underway) intended to make traffic flow better there. Any proposed developmentment should be required to puts its access roads nowhere near that intersection, which can't and is still not designed to, handle any significant increase in traffic. The interest of all west Hoover residents should have priority over yet another retail development. While there could be a "real nice development for the community," and I'm all for good development, unless special care is taken there could be a development that would be a traffic disaster for the west Hoover community. We don't want a 280 nightmare over here.
