Tuesday, April 28, at 1:05 p.m., officers responded to a robbery at the Compass Bank at 5576 Grove Boulevard. A white male suspect demanded money from tellers and fled with an undermined amount of cash. No weapon was seen. He fled on Alabama Highway 150 towards Interstate 459. The suspect vehicle is believed to be a 2015 Chrysler 200, either gray or dark granite in color. The suspect and vehicle is likely the same as a March 30 robbery that occurred at Wells Fargo Bank at the Summit.
