Dentist Dr. James Sanderson is participating in a national campaign to benefit children's charities. One-hundred percent of proceeds from teeth whitening procedures at Laser Assisted Comprehensive Dentistry will donated to worthy children’s charities, both locally and around the world. The campaign runs March-June.
As an additional incentive, the procedures are being offered at a discounted rate.
“Smiles For Life allows a person to help children in need by doing something that benefits them as well,” explains Greg Anderson, director of the Crown Council. “Dr. Sanderson and team donate their time and expertise, while Philips Oral Healthcare (makers of ZOOM! teeth whitening and BriteSmile trays) provides all supplies. You receive a brighter smile, and, best of all, provide children with a brighter future.”
Half of the donations raised by Laser Assisted Comprehensive Dentistry will be given to Sight Savers America, a local children’s charity that assists children with obtaining eye exams, glasses and other needed eye care from local eye care providers and clinics. The remaining balance goes to the Smiles for Life Foundation for distribution among approved charities throughout the world.
Dr. Sanderson offers gift certificates for teeth whitening, making it easier than ever to give the gift of a new smile to friends and loved ones, while also giving hope to children in need.
Since its creation, the Crown Council’s Smiles For Life Campaign has raised over $31 million for seriously ill, disabled and disadvantaged kids. Donations from last year alone totaled $1,303,605.39. Smiles For Life anticipates breaking the $32 million mark for total collections during this year’s drive.
