Members of Spain Park High School’s Varsity and Junior Varsity Winterguard have completed their 2014 season.
Each group participated in contests from January through March with the Southeastern Color Guard Circuit. The circuit focuses on creativity and freedom of expression through pageantry and the performing arts.
Highlights from the season include JV placing first in the St. James High School contest in Montgomery along with winning third place overall in their class at the SCGC Color Guard Championships held in March at Belmont University.
The Varsity Winterguard won second place at the St. James High School contest and was ranked sixth overall in their class at the championship level.
