The Hoover City Board of Education will hold its first public hearing on the 2015-2016 budget on Thursday, Sept. 10 at 6 p.m. in the Board Room of the Farr Administration Building, 2810 Metropolitan Way.
The board will hear a representation on budget plans for this school year from Superintendent Kathy Murphy. The second public hearing will be Monday, Sept. 14 at 6 p.m. in the theater of Hoover High School, 1000 Buccaneer Drive.
The September meeting of the Board of Education will begin approximately 10 minutes after the Sept. 14 budget hearing ends.
