Colony Cats of Birmingham and the Kitty Kat Haven & Rescue are having a program about caring for feral cats at the Hoover Public Library on Wednesday, Aug. 31, from 6 to 8 p.m. The guest speaker is Minday Gilbert, the Alabama director for the Humane Society of the United States.
