Three more people qualify to run for Hoover City Council on last day

Three more people qualified to run for Hoover City Council seats on the last day of qualifying today, giving candidates in all seven council seats opposition.

Earlier today, Steve McClinton, a retirement planner with Security Financial Advisors who has served as president of the Hoover City Schools Foundation the past two years, qualified to run for mayor against Gary Ivey and Frank Brocato.
