Mickey Forrest named Jaguars' Player of the Week

The Hoover Sun has named Mickey Forrest as the Spain Park Player of the Week for his performance against Wetumpka High.

Forrest accounted for two-thirds of the Spain Park offense, passing for 177 yards and completing 60 percent of his passes as the field general for the Jaguars.

Next week, the Jaguars travel to Montgomery for a clash with traditional power Robert E. Lee High.
