After giving the NFL a shot, Chapman has returned to the University of Alabama, where he started as a defensive tackle, as an assistant strength and conditioning coach.

The Hoover High star was drafted in the 5th round of the 2012 NFL Draft by the Indianapolis Colts. He battled injuries throughout his stay with the team, but played 29 games and collected 36 tackles in his tenure.

He was cut before the 2015 season and was unable to latch on anywhere else, so Chapman decided to return to his college roots, where he won national championships in 2009 and 2011.
