Jack Hutcheson passed for three touchdowns and 195 yards, leading the Hoover Bucs to a 56 - 14 whipping of Tuscaloosa’s Northridge High.

Alabama’s number one team jumped out to a 28-0 lead early and never looked back, as the Bucs steadily increased their lead.  Receiver Justin Johnson amassed 122 yards on six receptions, and Hutcheson supplemented his aerial yardage with 55 yards on just two carries.

The win extended the Hoover winning streak to 19 games, solidifying the Bucs’ hold on the top spot high school football Class 6A polls.

Next week, the Bucs face their arch rival, the Vestavia Hills Rebels.  The game also marks the 25th anniversary of Hoover’s first game at the Hoover Met, when the opponent was...you guessed it...Vestavia.
