Bucs, Jags in action Tuesday

The Spain Park boys and girls will travel for games at Vestvaia Hills on Tuesday. The fourth-ranked Jaguar boys will tip off at 7:30 p.m. while the girls’ game begins at 6. The boys (17-3) took a tough loss at Mountain Brook on Friday, but they were without Austin Wiley, who was sick and did not play. The Lady Jags (14-7) beat the Lady Spartans 45-36.

Hoover High is promoting a “white out” for Tuesday night’s home game vs. Thompson. The first 200 Hoover High School students who pay or use an activity card to enter the gate will receive a free T-shirt compliments of Full Moon BBQ. The girls tip at 6 and the boys follow at 7:30.
