Hoover student wins art contest

Angelica Vercher, a Hoover resident, won fourth place in Pastels/Charcoals Painting at the Alabama 2016 Annual Junior Beta Convention held March 16-18, 2016. There were 38 private, public and home schools at the BJCC from Alabama and Tennessee. There were more than 4,000 students in attendance.
