Glow in the Park 5K

Runners will glow in the dark the evening of June 14 at the Hoover Met.

For the Glow in the Park 5K, participants are each given a bag of glow accessories and paint before the race and then run under UV glow water spray and neon powder during the race.

The race concludes with a dance party at the finish line.

The run starts at approximately 8:15 p.m., and the dance party lasts until 10:30 p.m.

Registration is $50 per person before June 12, $55 after. Proceeds benefit the American Diabetes Association.
