Cub Scouts receive Supernova awards

Earlier this fall, six boys from Cub Scout Pack 367, Den 3 received their Charles H. Townes Supernova awards. These awards are given to boys who complete the requirements for the Supernova program. The rigorous requirements and activities were designed to motivate youth and recognize more in-depth, advanced achievement in STEM-related (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) activities. Out of the seven Supernova Awards awarded this summer, six of them were from Pack 367 in Hoover.
