Steel Strides 5K set for Saturday

SMA involves the loss of nerve cells called motor neurons in the spinal cord and is classified as a motor neuron disease.

“The weather is supposed to be beautiful and in the 70s,” said Casey Ramey, director of business development for the MDA. “All runners are invited whether you run every day or have never run before. It is a great course to run on.”

Neon yellow tech shirts are guaranteed to first 70 runners, including pre-registered runners.

Registration and check-in begins at 8 a.m. Registration is $25. For more visit active.com or call 823-8191.
