Hoover teen runaways located

Missing teen runaways Ethan Harter and Chloe Hulcher have both been located and are safe and unharmed. A citizen called the Hoover 911 Center at 7:30 p.m. and reported seeing the two runaways walking in the 1700 block of Patton Chapel Road. Responding officers located them hiding nearby in the back yard of a residence. A determination will be made shortly and the juveniles will either be released to their parents or taken into protective custody by the Department of Human Resources.
