Hoover honors heroes with Sept. 11 remembrance ceremony

The Hoover Fire Department held its annual 9/11 Patriot Day Remembrance Ceremony at Fire Station 2 on Thursday, Sept. 11 at 8:30 a.m. 

Rear Admiral Jack Natter was the keynote speaker who shared his personal experiences with 9/11. The ceremony also had a video presentation, the singing of the National Anthem by Matina Johnson and a bell ceremony at the time of the collapse of the South Tower.
