Sprouts announces opening date, conducts interviews

Sprouts Farmers Market, set to be located at 5250 Medford Drive, has announced an opening date of April 15. 

Hoover's Sprouts will be the second to open in the Birmingham area since the recent opening of a location in Brook Highland near U.S. 280.

The store will hold job interviews in preparation for its new location on March 5. 

The location hopes to hire 120 people in bakery, meat, produce, vitamin and cashier departments. 

Interviews will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Pelham Civic Complex at 500 Amphitheater Road.
