Hoover subdivision in development

In October, The Hoover Planning and Zoning Commission approved initial plans to develop a new 28-lot subdivision off Doug Baker Boulevard. The new subdivision is slated to be called Hunter’s Gate.

Lots in the subdivision would be 60 feet wide and 120 feet deep according to the plans, and homes would have up to 2,200 feet of living space.
