The Hoover Buccaneers return home to face Class 7A, Region 3 foe Mountain Brook at the Hoover Met at 7 p.m. Friday.
The Bucs have had a rough start, losing to national powers Miami Central and Colquitt County, but region and state championship hopes are still intact. Mountain Brook is also winless, losing its opener at Huntsville 22-21.
