Blake Shultz said he realizes buying and selling a house is the biggest money transaction most people go through in their entire lives. And, because of that, he said, he and his team handle each of these transactions with the type of attention and care as if it were their own home.
Shultz and his team are committed to help homeowners sell their properties and homebuyers find the right property. “We offer quality of service, attention to detail, and creating clients for life — that’s what our team focuses on every day,” Shultz said.
Shultz started his career in custom homebuilding directly out of college. He always loved building and design, he said, and started selling real estate within a year of being in the homebuilding industry. In fact, he still holds an active builder’s license but only uses it for personal investments and helping homeowners remodel to get ready to sell.
“My team is able to personally assist you in fixing and staging your home to get ready to sell to give it the best chance of selling the fastest for the highest dollar amount possible through our experience in the construction and design industries,” Shultz said.
His biggest piece of advice for those looking to sell their home?
“Don’t rush to put a house on the market before it is ready, and don’t overprice it,” Shultz said. “Too many homes get listed before the final punch list is complete, and it doesn’t have the new listing flash that it could have with just a little more time and attention to detail spent on the front end. Our goal is to sell homes as fast as possible for as much money as possible. When homes come on the market overpriced or not fixed to its full potential, its ability to sell as quick or for as much as it could decreases dramatically.”
The good news is that although COVID-19 has wreaked havoc on so many industries, the demand for real estate has actually gone up, making prices rise higher than they have ever been. That said, there’s no better time than now to call Shultz for a free home valuation and look into selling.
