Q: Dr. Robert Dean Lolley, could you describe your area of expertise?
A: At Precision Sports Medicine and Orthopedics, our providers work with children, adolescents, young adults, senior adults, professional athletes, weekend warriors and patients of various lifestyles to provide preventative treatment to surgical repairs. We provide compassionate care for those suffering with orthopedic problems. My specialty as a board-certified orthopedic surgeon is specializing in the treatment of arthritis, injuries and overuse problems.
Q: What type of services do you offer?
A: The majority of my practice involves joint replacement of the knee, hip and shoulder, arthroscopy of the shoulder and knee, fracture care and common hand problems such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Trigger Finger.
Q: How long have you been practicing?
A: I am a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with 25 years of experience treating patients. After completing medical school in Mobile, I completed my orthopedic residency at the University of South Alabama.
Q: What is your approach or philosophy to customer service?
A: Each patient deserves and should expect compassionate, friendly and professional care without feeling rushed or unimportant.
Q: What is your benchmark for success?
A: I consider it a success when a patient has full resolution of pain and returns to their activities, all while feeling as though they received personable, compassionate care.
Q: Share with us a success story tied to your practice/business.
A: Arthritis can interfere with a patient's independence. It is a joy to see a patient recover their independence following non-surgical and surgical treatment such as joint replacement surgery. Patients often go from pain with every step to an active, pain-free lifestyle.
Q: How are you and/or your staff adjusting your operations and/or services to comply with COVID-19 safety measures?
A: We are complying with all guidelines to include patient and staff screening, social distancing, masks and frequent cleaning of all surfaces.
Q: What do you most want potential patients/customers to know about you and your practice/business?
A: If you would like expert, friendly orthopedic care, please make an appointment. Although I treat most orthopedic problems, I concentrate mostly on conditions of the shoulder, hip and knee as well as simple hand problems.
