PopCult
PopCult, now open at Riverchase Galleria, sells stuffed animals and collectible items from a number of popular franchises.
A new toy and collectible store, PopCult, has opened near Von Maur at Riverchase Galleria. PopCult has six locations around the U.S., including at Perimeter Mall in Atlanta, Georgia, but this is its first location in Alabama.
Galleria marketing manager Angela Jacks said the store has 1,500 square feet of space devoted to stuffed animals, figurines, backpacks and other collectible items from popular franchises such as Star Wars, Hello Kitty, Mario, Adventure Time and Pokemon.
PopCult held its official opening on June 24, but Jacks said the store is still stocking its shelves and does not have its full merchandise yet.
"We are happy to have PopCult join our fine mix of stores. It is great to have a store that offers toys for kids, and the kid at heart, in the Galleria,” Jacks said.
