New Ownership
CVS/pharmacy has reached an agreement to buy Target’s pharmacies nationwide, including the Target pharmacy at 5561 Grove Blvd. Pharmacies within Target will be rebranded as CVS/pharmacy and will be owned and operated by CVS. No timeline has been announced, but the transaction is expected to be final by the end of 2015.
