The American Eagle at Riverchase Galleria is expanding to include the Aerie line.
The American Eagle Outfitters at Riverchase Galleria has temporarily moved in order to expand its old location. The expansion will add more than 1,000 sq. ft. to the store, making room for the Aerie for American Eagle line.
American Eagle will return to its location on level two by September. The expanded store will feature a new design which is “the latest prototype” of the American Eagle brand, said Riverchase Galleria marketing manager Angela Jacks.
Aside from the redesign, there will not be much change to the American Eagle store. There will be a wall between the American Eagle Outfitters and Aerie shops, and both stores will have their own cash registers, but Jacks said customers will be able to easily walk between the two stores.
“It’s going to be a great addition to have,” Jacks said.
