Don't give DOJ "approval authority," which it does not have

While there is nothing inherently wrong or ill-advisable with meeting with DOJ as long it is kept in mind DOJ does not run Hoover schools and has no, zero, approval authority over rezoning plans, which should be based on Hoover's needs, not DOJ desires. Rezoning is about operating our school system in a way that fits Hoover's needs, not about any federally-protected civil rights, which is why DOJ should have nothing to say.
