For Anna Fowler’s family and other residents of The Preserve, the second Saturday in December is an event not to miss.
Each participating family gathers at the Town Hall at 8 a.m. with a covered dish to share for breakfast. At 9:30, the real action begins when Santa arrives. A helicopter lands in the park, and when the blades stop, all the kids run to greet Santa. he has an area set up in the Town Hall living room, where children sit on his lap, have their picture taken and receive little presents. It is always a huge hit with kids, parents and grandparents.
