The Hoover Public Library opened its doors to more than 800 people for a Halloween themed night on Oct. 23. All areas of the library were sectioned off with activities to please different age groups. With more than 50 staff members and volunteers in costume, guests were able to hangout with characters such as Scooby Doo and his gang and some classic monsters.
