James “Jim” Sears recently relocated his Daphne, Alabama, law office to Hoover to join with his oldest son, in the law offices of Sears & Sears, PC, 5809 Feldspar Way. He accepts cases in civil, criminal and appeals courts. He also accepts clients who have special education issues from across the state of Alabama.
